in the US. She currently holds the position as Director of Education at
the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Tucson, Arizona.
As a coach she specializes in the self actualization process (revealing to people their potential). Her coaching and mentorship challenge even the deepest thinker and visionary towards meeting their potential, personally and professionally. Laurel highly values bridging the spiritual and compassionate human element of life into leadership and professionalism.

Laurel loves deep and meaningful conversation, enjoys painting, the adventure in rock climbing and writing about life's deepest quandaries. She is passionate about learning and an avid reader.
She was born and raised in the mountains north of Durango, Colorado. Durango’s wildlife fed her passion for nature and the inner connectivity found in the earth’s biology. Laurel learned at an early age the impact that humans have on their environment and the value of supporting sustainable living.
Additionally, Laurel was the past President of Interpeace, Inc., a non-profit founded to support struggling single parents and at-risk teens. In 2005 she founded the Intentional Eating Forum and published her first book, based on her expertise and personal experiences called Fire Your Diet; Laurel Inman's Guide to Intentional Eating, as a way to help people live at their natural weight and experience healing and peace from emotional eating.
